The name itself carries a piece of me. "Linn's" was born from my own name, Paschaline. I wanted to use the ending “line,” but I knew it would be read as “line” instead of “lin,” which is the pronunciation I desired. So I transformed it into "Linn’s", a name that feels soft, graceful, and distinct. And then came Etiquette. It represents everything I stand for: class, grace, and refined taste. I’ve always seen myself as a woman of elegance, one who values not just food, but the experience around it. And that’s exactly what my brand embodies: sophistication, warmth, and the art of eating beautifully.
Growing up, I noticed something about our everyday meals in the average Nigerian home. Our plates, though comforting, are often limited. We rotate between the same dishes, week after week, but I’ve always been more curious. My heart, and my taste buds, crave more and I believe food shouldn’t be repetitive, it should be alive. It should tell stories, spark curiosity, and remind us that every culture and recipe, holds its own kind of beauty.
That passion runs in my blood. My mother, an open minded woman with a love for exploring new dishes, taught me to embrace flavors from everywhere. And that’s what shaped my culinary identity. A woman who doesn’t just cook, but creates experiences.

My mission is simple, yet powerful; to give people a wide variety of food experiences. You shouldn’t have to travel the world to experience the world and through Linn’s Etiquette, I aim to bring global flavors to local plates, bridging culture and creativity through every dish. Though I may be limited now by resources, my dream is boundless. One day, Linn’s Etiquette will be a household name. A Nigerian brand that represents flavor, culture, and elegance all in one.
